The OR SW-WA Mason Trades JATC apprenticeship is approved to offer VA education benefits.
On-The-Job and Apprenticeship Training
This program assists veterans and their dependents by allowing them to learn a trade or skill through participation in apprenticeship or on-the-job training rather than by attending classes.
Once accepted into an apprenticeship, you will receive pay based on hours worked for a contractor.
GI Bill payments are issued monthly after receiving certification of hours worked from the program.
NOTE: This type of training is not available to active duty servicepersons or spouses utilizing transferred entitlement.
The following is an example of payouts:
While the participation requirements are the same for all GI Bill programs, the payment amount varies depending on the program you are utilizing.
